CAD Designer – Bridge

HGM Associates Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a CAD Designer to join the Bridge team in our Omaha, NE office. Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can work both independently and in a team environment.


  • Perform design and drafting tasks for bridge and other infrastructure projects
  • Develop high-quality plan set deliverables
  • Execute checklist items independently
  • Ensure completeness of the design-related forms and reports
  • Develop and review calculation of construction quantities
  • Demonstrate commitment to compliance with project CADD standards


  • High school diploma and coursework in drafting technology and 1-year of relevant drafting experience or
  • Specialized CAD certification, diploma, or associates degree
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Civil 3D experience preferred
  • MicroStation experience preferred but not required
  • Local candidates preferred

Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour with a generous bonus program
