Administrative Assistant Project Coordinator

HGM Associates Inc. has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator in our Council Bluffs office. This position will be a key member of our team delivering high quality professional services for architecture and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Microsoft Office user with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing project documentation including: contracts, schedules, meeting logs, specifications, bid documents and cost estimates
  • Monitoring and tracking project elements including: change orders, weekly reports
  • Produce project deliverables that meet high quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Natural attention to detail and interest in precision
  • Problem solving skills
  • A desire and commitment to being a great team members
  • 2+ years construction project or clerical support experience (Preferred)
